Christopher Civitano

Mr. Civitano is a graduate of St. John's University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, and a magna cum laude graduate of Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in American Legal Studies Practicum, Secured Transactions, and Immigration Law. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2019. Prior to his admission to the Bar, Mr. Civitano gained valuable experience as a law clerk for Albanese & Albanese LLP where he assisted senior attorneys with various real estate, corporate, trust and estate, and litigation matters.

Mr. Civitano concentrates in real estate, corporate, and commercial matters. He has experience in a broad range of transactions including purchase, sale and financing transactions involving commercial and residential real estate, including commercial mortgage loans for construction projects; commercial leasing transactions for landlords; and corporate and limited liability company formation and related matters. In addition, Mr. Civitano's varied experience also includes representation of clients in commercial and general litigation matters. Mr. Civitano is a member of the New York State Bar Association Real Property Law Section.
