Vincent A. Albanese

Mr. Albanese is a graduate of the Duke University School of Engineering (BSE), St. John's University School of Law (JD) and New York University School of Law (LLM). He is admitted to the Connecticut State Bar (since 1992) and the New York State Bar (since 1993).

Mr. Albanese represents individuals, privately-owned businesses and financial institutions in a variety of matters, including real estate, corporate and commercial matters and trust and estate matters. He is experienced in a broad range of transactions including sales and acquisitions of multi-family and commercial properties, sales and acquisitions of businesses and business interests, office and retail leasing transactions for landlords and tenants, and real estate financing transactions, including residential and commercial construction loans and mortgage loans, for lenders and borrowers, formation of business entities, including preparation of shareholder agreements, limited partnership agreements and limited liability company operating agreements, and individual estate and business succession planning, including the preparation of wills and trust agreements.

He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations.
